1. Delivery Service

At Bowstify, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered promptly and safely. We use UK Royal Mail as our trusted delivery service provider to ship all orders within the United Kingdom.

2. Delivery Areas

We currently only offer delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

3. Processing Time

Once you place your order, we aim to process and despatch it within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been despatched, along with tracking information for your convenience.

4. Delivery Times

The delivery times for orders dispatched via UK Royal Mail are typically as follows:

  • Standard Delivery (Tracked 48): Estimated delivery within 3-5 working days from the date of despatch.
  • Express Delivery (Tracked 24): Available for an additional fee, estimated delivery within 1-2 working days from the date of despatch.

Despatch refers to the time it takes for Royal Mail to pick up the parcel from us, rather than the time it takes for it to be delivered to you; this does not indicate delivery time.

All estimated times and dates provided for the despatch of products are given in good faith but are only estimates.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors such as postal service delays or adverse weather conditions.

5. Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery (Tracked 48): £3.39
  • Express Delivery (Tracked 24)£4.25

Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free shipping is available on all orders over £30.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the UK Royal Mail website.

7. Issues with Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at info@bowstify.com. We will investigate the matter and work to resolve any issues promptly.

If it has been 10 days since you received your despatch email and you have not yet received your parcel, please get in touch with us, and we will reach out to the courier. Don’t forget to check with your neighbours and any safe places where the parcel might be left if it cannot be found.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item or if your order is missing, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to rectify the situation, which may include a replacement or refund.
