Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with everything you order from Bowstify. If for any reason you wish to return an item, we offer a full return policy for any unworn items within 14 days of receipt. All orders are carefully quality checked before being sent, however in the rare event that you do receive a product that is faulty, we promise to refund you. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 7 working days of receiving the parcel by email at info@bowstify.com.
We kindly ask that all products be returned in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with its original packaging. Items may not be refundable if they aren’t returned in the same condition as delivered. If returning an item, please include your order number and reuse the original shipping box. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing returns.
Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
We reserve the right to deny exchanges or refunds for items returned after 14 days.
1. Non-Returnable Items:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Used, washed and NOT with its original packaging.
- Items returned more than 14 days after initial contact.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you regarding approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please ensure all items are securely packaged.
2. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If there's still no refund, contact your bank as processing times can vary. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@bowstify.com
2.1 Sale Items:
Sale items, including those from special promotions or clearance, cannot be returned for refunds or exchanges. All sale items are considered final sales.
2.2 Exchanges:
We currently do not accept exchanges.
2.3 Out of Stock:
If an item is out of stock, we will email you with an option for a replacement or a refund. If no replacement is available, we will issue a refund.
3. Returns:
To return your products, please email to info@bowstify.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Keep your proof of postage receipt. You will need to cover return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days. If you qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping rate will be deducted from your refund.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us to initiate a return. We will provide a return label at our expense. We cannot send replacements until incorrect items are returned.
For faulty items, please contact us at info@bowstify.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a refund, and typically you won’t need to return faulty items unless requested.
5. Documentation:
We require a photo of the accessory for our records to identify the issue. Your order can be located using the email address used during purchase. Products modified or mishandled are not covered under our guarantee.
6. Returns Due to Customer Error:
If parcels are returned due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of the parcel, a £6 restocking fee and the original postage cost will be deducted from your refund. If you qualified for free shipping, the standard delivery rate will also be deducted from your refund. Bowstify is not liable for lost return parcels, so ensure your delivery details are accurate.
7. Delivery Address:
Bowstify is not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses entered at checkout. The address provided at checkout is used for dispatch. If you notice an error, contact us immediately, but keep in mind we typically respond within 2 days. Once dispatch has started, we cannot change the delivery address.
8. Delivery Issues:
If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of dispatch (for UK deliveries), please email us at info@bowstify.com. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If Royal Mail tracking shows your parcel as delivered, you will need to contact them for a reference number before we can arrange a replacement. If your order shows delivery but you cannot locate it, Bowstify is not responsible for stolen parcels. We cannot replace or refund orders more than 7 days after delivery.
